I asked Melinda questions that we have been waiting to hear from vets for years and have had no answers. We still don’t have the answers we need but now feel comfortable not knowing after talking with Melinda. She even called our vet and did a consult to order tests to help us out! Melinda was very knowledgeable. She gave me several suggestions which were very helpful. At first I honestly didn't think they would work. But they did! She suggested keeping our cats inside for 90 days so that the cats didn't have outside smells on them. We also moved the cat boxes per her suggestion and clean them twice a day. We are now a very happy cat pee friendly environment thanks to Melinda!!

Melinda was very knowledgeable. She gave me several suggestions which were very helpful. At first I honestly didn't think they would work. But they did! She suggested keeping our cats inside for 90 days so that the cats didn't have outside smells on them. We also moved the cat boxes per her suggestion and clean them twice a day. Melinda is 100% science-based. If anyone has done their research, it's her. She's very professional and has been very educational to me. Even as an animal scientist myself there is little emphasis on behavior in formal education for management, so I am lucky to have met someone so passionate about animal behavior.
