We met with Melinda to discuss behavioral issues we have with our cats. Our newest kitty Lil Bit is sometimes bullied by a couple of our other cats. [They] had some good suggestions, some of which we implemented right away. [Mel] taught me the importance of playtime with the cats, getting them to engage with each other through play. Melinda was very knowledgeable. [They] gave me several suggestions which were very helpful. At first I honestly didn't think they would work. But they did! At times, my house can be complete chaos. With 2 pigs and 2 dogs, there is rarely ever a dull moment. Generally speaking, the animals coexist as well as can be expected. Other times, however, it seems the charging and the snapping and the fighting will never end. Melinda helped me to understand the complexity of animal social hierarchy and has given me an abundance of insight and has laid the groundwork for behavioral modifications to ensure a much happier household.
